St. Catherine of Siena CYO

Our Girls Volleyball teams play at the Junior Varsity (5/6th grade) and Varsity (7/8th grade) level. Both leagues are competitive and have regional playoffs. Varsity also has City (Archdiocese of Phila.) and State Championships as well.

Our Basketball program has teams for boys and girls K through 12th grade. Our K-2nd grade program is an instructional co-ed intramural program. The 3rd/4th teams play in an instructional travel league. The JV (5/6th grade) league is competitive and have Regional Championships. The Varsity (7/8th grade) league also has City and State Championships. The High School JV (9/10th grade) and Varsity (11/12th grade) are also competitive with Regional Championships in both leagues, and City and State Championships for Varsity.

St. Catherine of Siena CYO offers Track and Field for kids in Kindergarten up
to 8th grade. The track season will start holding practices in mid March and
finish the season at the end of May (depending if your child qualifies for the
Championships.) St. Catherine’s is a member of the green region which
competes against 9 local parishes. Track meets are held on the weekends
beginning in April at various sites. Parents have the option of having their
child(ren) compete on either Saturdays or Sundays that better fit their

schedule.

Cross Country runs from August to October. Practices are during the week at at Deep Meadow Park and Meets are on Sundays at Belmont Plateau.

This Fall 2023 season St. Catherine will merge with St. Alphonsus for soccer. All St. Catherine boys and girls in grades 5th through 8th are invited to play soccer with St. Alphonsus this season.
